Boccia
Boccia is a target Sport played by individuals, pairs or teams of people with physical disabilities. It is a strategic version of the game bowls. DLR Sports Partnership currently runs Boccia in Loughlinstown Leisure Centre; the sessions take place on Wednesdays between 2.00pm and 3.00pm. Read more...
Powerchair Football
Powerchair football is a competitive team sport for people with physical disabilities who use power wheelchairs. The game is played in a gymnasium on a regulation basketball court. Two teams of four players use powerchairs equipped with footguards to attack, defend, and spin-kick a 13-inch (330 mm) football in an attempt to score goals. Read more...
Fit 4 Life
Fit 4 Life club is a multi-sports activity club for adults with intellectual disabilities. Each week these adults take part in a different fun activity.
