We all know that being active and having fun with your family is so important for our physical and mental health especially during these unprecedented times. To help you stay active at home and with your siblings we have created 4 fantastic new activity challanges, one to suit everyone of all ages and abilities!
Simply pick one of the challenges mentioned below that suits you and lets stay active together!!!

The Grandparents Challange:
Stay in touch with your Grandparents by asking them to join you in some fun physical and mental activities that you can do each day!
The Scrambled Leg Challenge:
Take your family for a LOCAL walk each day, clocking up your kilometres together to reach the equivalent distance to landmarks around Ireland and be in with a chance to win! Please remember to strictly adhere to Social Distancing and only engaging in this activiy with your family unit when walking.
The Fighting Fit Challenge
Follow the training sessions, complete the fitness test and be in with a chance to win! Do you have what it takes??
Move to the Rhytem Dance Challange
Follow and learn a new dance each day on our YouTube channel lead by our professional dance teacher, Cayisha, and be in with a chance to win!
These challanges are designed to allow us to do activities within our local area while maintaining social distancing at all times. So have fun and dont forget to take a picture of your activity forms and email it to us at the end of the week.
