SWIM A SONG CLASSES
We are starting a new term of Swim A Song classes in Sandyford Total Fitness.
Saturdays 14th November
Tuesday 24th November
Friday 4th December
All 14 weeks. Non members rate: €105 Members rate €77
No classes during the Christmas of the February mid term break.
The pack includes:
- CD full of easy to use songs
- Songbook to sing along with
- Stickers and progress chart to keep up to date with the baby's progress
- A Speedo hooded baby-robe to ensure that the baby is kept dry
Swim - a - Song combines music, song and rhythm with educational water based games to help babies safely learn to enjoy water.
Swim - a - Song can be safely used at home in the bath and has been designed for babies, toddlers from 4 to 36 months. This is Step 1 in Swim Ireland and Total Fitness swimming programmes. Is association with The Irish Sports Council, swim Ireland - woman in Sport, Swim Supreme and Speedo.
