TEXACO SPORTSTARTS BURSARY

€5,000 could make a huge difference to your club
No matter what your sport, from archery to water polo, there are any number of ways that a €5,000 Bursary could make a difference to the future of your members. New equipment or playing surfaces perhaps, or improved training or clubhouse facilities. It might go towards new kit, or help to fund additional coaching or even transportation for teams going to away games.

The possibilities really are endless. So simply start thinking and then use an application form to put your case forward. And remember - even if you applied last year you are eligible to apply again for a 2010 Texaco Sportstars Bursary, and whether you were successful or not, you're still in with an equal chance to win one of this year's 20 Bursaries of €5,000.

The closing date for all entries is Sunday, 29th August 2010. Winners will be notified thereafter and on receipt of the sports clubs' Articles of Association, the Bursaries will be presented on Thursday, 30th September 2010 at a media reception in Dublin. ...
